Fresh Ponds Village features large living areas and sound-conditioned construction with each unit having a private balcony or patio. Our spacious grounds are beautifully landscaped and situated on a secluded site that creates a quiet retreat in the midst of the busy Central New Jersey corridor. Fresh Ponds Village also offers a wide range of recreational opportunities including an outdoor swimming pool, lighted tennis and basketball courts, a fitness trail, picnic area an indoor recreation center, and more. Front desk services including mail, photocopying and fax are available, as well as optional maid / linen service. Each of our apartments also offers its own washer and dryer allowing you to wash your own laundry in the convenience of your own home.
In the furnished apartments, all utilities are included in your rental rate. This includes: electricity, basic cable, high-speed internet access, water, sewer, garbage removal, incoming telephone services* and air conditioning.
* you are reponsible for any outgoing calls and will be billed monthly by the front desk.
At Fresh Ponds Village weekly and monthly rates are very reasonable even before you consider the extra services you receive. You can reserve a furnished apartment on a per week basis or a per month basis, whatever best suits your plans. Choose between two options to fit your lifestyle and budget.

Pet Policy
Cat or Dog less than 40lbs only. There is a one-time $250 non-refundable pet fee. An additional $35/month per pet will be added to your monthly rental fee. No guard dogs are allowed.
*Stays of less than 90 days are subject to 7% NJ Sales Tax, 5% NJ State Occupancy Fee and 3% Municipality Fee.
