Fresh Ponds Village Maintenance Request Form

If you need maintenance work performed on your unit, please fill in the form below and submit it to us. You will need to fill in your name, unit number, telephone, and a brief description of the work you would like to have done. You can also call us at (732) 329-2800 to report a problem during our business hours.

If you have a maintenance emergency after hours which includes no heat, no hot water, no air conditioning or flood please call our on-call pager system at  (800) 508-7243.  Ask for "Fresh Ponds Village Maintenance" and give your apartment number and phone number to the dispatcher.   As a reminder, the Fresh Ponds Maintenance Team does not respond to lock outs.
